The Presidential Election

Seriously, WTF? Did the entire population just shit their pants and didn't matter? No one wants either of these two fuck heads to become president, nor the vp's, so why hasn't anyone stepped forward and said something, grab some balls and take charge, like jesus christ, is everyone a bunch if weaklings and have zero guts to stand up to people? Seems like politics, money and big buisiness owns the governemnt. So what the hell? I should just give up on what america was and jsut try to life for myself and deal with the shit storm that comes. Cause there is no one around willing to lead the country for the better of everyone. pfft.

Airlines-Class Action Suit needed!

Yeah with all the complaints against the airlines, the federal government decided to back them in whatever decision they want, why? Any Law Firm should File a Multi Million Dollar Class action suit agaisnt the Airlines as a whole and Rally for Mass Airline Overhaul and regulation, cause this is totally ridiculous. The book flights that are always late and overwhelm the flight controllers, Abuse the customers and do what the hell they want with no one to oversee them. How many pissed off people does it take to change these problems. Let the FAA Control the Available flight slots and Draft a Passenger rights bill. Cause it will be needed soon.

The Mortgage Crisis and how to solve the problem

Well Everyone who owns a house and has a huge mortgage are complaining about how to fix the problem their in. As we all know it it's very complicated. But one way to fix all of it is very simple.
A- Devalue property assessments %50, to what they are really worth. Seriously come on, the way people have been speculating on what property values are is totally ridiculous and not really what is true. The decrease in value will make people more encouraged to purchase property more easily and get banks outof the hole their in.
B- Reduce the overall dept of all the mortgages by at most %25 and reduce the interest to a fixed one and also rewrite the forecolsure rules.
C- For new purchases with the new pricing of homes and lands, offer a nominal fixed interest rate which is affordable.

all these things will help, stimulate and bring back faith with buyers of new homes, fix the foreclosure problems to a limited extent and also get banks to start offloading homes at a more marketable price.

Yes of course that banks will lose money, but they are already doing that with all the foreclosures and land not being occupied and payed for. So what to do?
